How do I care for my Lucky Love Dog collar or leash?
We recommend hand washing to extend the color and life of your products. Lay flat to dry. However, machine washing is acceptable…placing in a mesh laundry bag is recommended.
Where can I purchase Lucky Love Dog products?
We currently distribute our product line thru Amazon and on our website. We are launching wholesale distribution to retail partners in Summer of 2023.
Promotions
Promotions can not be stacked. We are a small business and do our best to provide fair prices. If you receive a free item and return your order below the discount threshold, the refund will deduct the cost of the free item. If you receive free shipping and return your whole order, a $4.99 shipping fee will be deducted from your refund. Thank you for understanding.
Website shipping
Website orders will be processed and shipped out in 1-3 business days. Standard shipping arrives in 2-7 business days.
We offer free courtesy shipping on orders over $50. There is a flat $4.99 shipping and handling fee for orders under $50.
What is your return policy?
We want you to love your purchase and stand behind every product we sell.
- We accept returns of items that are unused and in new condition. We do not offer exchanges.
- Returns received within 30 days of original purchase will be refunded in full, minus shipping. If you received free shipping and return the entire order, there will be a $4.99 restocking fee.
- Returns received within 31-60 days of original purchase will receive a store credit, minus shipping. If you received free shipping and return the entire order, there will be a $4.99 restocking fee.
- We can not accept returns after 60 days.
Please note, customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs for website orders.
If you received the wrong product or there is a quality issue, we will provide a free return shipping label. PLEASE measure your dog carefully to ensure the correct size is ordered!

River
We saw this sweet boy's face and knew he was a great dog. His foster family in Austin adopted him and River is an exuberant and happy fella...and is a wonderful companion to all the foster dogs that visit his home until they are adopted.
Violet
We saw Violet's video on FB...she was laying next to the road and covered in flies... and had been suffering for days after being hit by a car. Our local rescue partner helped get her to a surgeon where we had her hip and mouth repaired. Violet is in Austin now and ready to find her forever family! She is confident, loving and happy!
