Care Instructions

Collars + Leashes:
We recommend hand washing and hang drying to keep your collar or leash looking its best. They are also machine washable on a cold, delicate cycle. Always hang to dry.

Harnesses:
Spot clean as needed.

Bandanas:
Machine wash cold, delicate cycle. Hang to dry.

Where can I purchase Lucky Love Dog products?

We currently distribute our product line through our website and a limited selection on Amazon. Our products are also available through select retail partners across the US.

Promotions

Promotions cannot be stacked. We’re a small business, and we do our best to offer fair, honest pricing to all customers.

Website shipping

• Orders ship within 1–2 business days and usually arrive in 2–7 business days.
  Free shipping on orders over $60.
• Orders under $60 ship for a flat $4.99.
  Please confirm your address carefully—USPS charges for returned/undeliverable packages, and reshipments will require a second shipping fee.

What is your return policy?

We want you to absolutely love your purchase, and we stand behind every product we make.
We accept returns on items that are unused and in brand-new condition.

Please note: we do not offer exchanges.

Reversible Bandana Return Policy

Our standard return policy applies, with a few important requirements:
Bandanas must be returned completely unused, unwashed, and in original packaging and free of:

• Pet hair

• Odor

• Smoke

• Creasing or wrinkling

Because our 100% cotton bandanas sit directly against your dog’s neck, any wear or signs of use make them not resellable, and we cannot accept returns if these conditions are present.

Return Window

• Returns within 30 days of purchase → Full refund (minus shipping).

• Returns within 31–60 days → Store credit (minus shipping).

• Returns after 60 days → Not accepted.

If you received free shipping and return your entire order, a $4.99 restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs on standard website orders.

If you received the wrong item or there is a quality issue, we will provide a free prepaid return label.

Sizing Reminder

Please measure your dog carefully before ordering.
We want you—and your pup—to get the correct size the first time.
