We can’t wait to send a little Lucky Love your way! Orders are shipped via USPS and are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Once your package is on its way, most orders arrive within 2–7 business days.

Occasionally, carriers experience delays that are outside our control, but we’ll always do our best to get your order packed and on its way as quickly as possible.

Free Shipping: Dog gear and ornament orders $60+ ship free.

Standard Shipping: Dog gear and ornament orders under $60 ship for a flat $4.99.

For the Humans Gift Collection

Our For the Humans items are made especially for you and always ship free! Most orders arrive within 5–8 business days. Because these items are made to order, they will ship separately from any dog gear in your order.

Made-to-order items are final sale, so please take a quick look at the product details and Size Guide before choosing your size.

Returns & Address Updates

We want you and your pup to love your order! Please review sizing information before ordering, and double-check your shipping address at checkout.

If a package is returned because an address was entered incorrectly or incompletely, the customer is responsible for the cost of reshipping.

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless we made an error or an item arrives defective. If that happens, we’ll make it right and provide a prepaid return label.
