- Each product page on our site has a specific size guide so please make sure that you're looking at the appropriate chart.
- Always measure before you buy. Harnesses and collar sizes do not correspond. Please read the correct size chart.

We offer free shipping through USPS first class mail on all collars and leashes as a courtesy to our customers. Other products may have a delivery fee associated with them. Harnesses have a $4.99 delivery charge.
We also offer faster delivery via priority mail thru USPS. Orders will ship within three business days of receiving payment. Please note that most packages require 2-5 days of transit time. Current shipping times may take longer due to factors out of our control. We appreciate your patience.
We strive to be as green and bio friendly as possible. The majority of our products are packaged in eco-friendly packaging and mailers.
- We accept returns of items that are unused and in new condition. We do not offer exchanges.
- Returns received within 30 days of original purchase will be refunded in full.
- Returns received within 31-60 days of original purchase will receive a store credit.
- We can not accept returns after 60 days.
Refunds are issued to the original form of payment and are processed within 5 business days of receipt of returned merchandise. You will be refunded the purchase amount and any applicable sales tax.
Please include the packing slip or your order ID number so that we can issue a refund/credit, minus shipping charges.
Please note: Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs for website orders. We suggest tracking your order. There is a $4 handling fee for returns on free shipping items. PLEASE measure your dog carefully to ensure the correct size is ordered!
(If you received the wrong product, or there is a quality issue, we will of course provide a free return shipping label. )
