SIZING

Every dog’s body is different, so please take a moment to measure your pup to ensure the perfect fit. Measure twice and order once.

Each product page on our site includes a specific size guide, so be sure you are checking the correct chart for the item you’re purchasing.
Harness and collar sizes do not correspond, so always measure before you buy and review the correct sizing chart.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

We offer free shipping on all orders over $60. Orders under $60 incur a flat $4.99 shipping and handling fee.

Orders typically ship within 2 business days of receiving payment. Most packages require 2–7 business days for transit.

Please double-check your shipping address before ordering. USPS charges for failed deliveries, and any reshipped packages will require a second shipping fee.

RETURNS

We want you to love your purchase, and we stand behind every product we offer.
We accept returns on items that are unused and in new condition.
Please note that we do not offer exchanges.

Bandana Returns

Our standard return policy applies; however, bandanas must be returned completely unused, unwashed, and in original packaging — free of pet hair, odor, smoke, and creasing.
Because our cotton bandanas sit directly against your dog’s neck, any signs of wear, hair, odor, or wrinkles make them not resellable and therefore ineligible for return.

Return Window

  • Returns within 30 days of purchase → Full refund, minus shipping.
    If you received free shipping and return your entire order, a $4.99 restocking fee will be deducted.

  • Returns within 31–60 days → Store credit, minus shipping.
    If you received free shipping and return the entire order, a $4.99 restocking fee will be deducted.

  • Returns after 60 days → Not accepted.

If you received the wrong item or there is a quality issue, we will provide a free prepaid return label.

Refund Processing

Refunds are issued to the original form of payment and processed within 5 business days of receiving returned merchandise. You will be refunded the purchase amount and any applicable sales tax.

Please include your packing slip or order ID so we can process your refund or store credit. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for standard website orders, and we recommend using a tracked service.

Please measure your dog carefully to ensure the correct size is ordered.
